Last week I woke up with the poor vision problem that happens with me now and then.  A health practitioner told me that if we go to bed exhausted and never move all night, if we just sleep on our left or right side, that the fluids in the brain throw things off a bit and we can wake up not seeing very well.

With me, it was as though my eyes weren’t working together and I couldn’t clearly focus on reading anything. I had just had a thorough eye exam, diluted and all, and nothing was amiss. So I was puzzled as to what was going on.

I had heard that glutathione can improve vision and hearing, so I took LifeWave’s glutathione patch and put it right on my abdomen. Within 15 minutes, my eyes had calmed down and I could see fine.

I find this new patch, Aeon, quite helpful in my daily life.

A few weeks ago, I woke to find that during the night someone had thrown a brick through my car windshield and shattered it. Glass everywhere, inside the car and out.  The police called it ‘criminal damage,’ basically vandalism.
