Q: Can anyone wear the patches, no matter how old they are?
A: Yes, the patches are safe for children as well as senior citizens. However, because of the balancing and detoxifying effects of the patches, if you have a health condition, check with your health care practitioner first.
Q: What will I feel when wearing the patches?
A: You'll probably not feel anything. But in the case of the energy enhancer patches, you should notice very constant and stable levels of energy throughout your day.
Q: How long can I wear the patches?
A: You wear them for 12-14 hours and then just throw them out. If you wear them only 6 hours one day, you can wear them 6 hours on another day, too. Just be sure to not place the patches over an open cut or sore. You don't want to run the risk of an infection.

Q: Are the patches safe to use?
A: All the materials in the patches are listed by the FDA under 21 CFR and are manufactured at FDA registered facilities. The adhesive used is the same that's used in Band-Aids. If you're allergic, you don't even need to take the backing off the patches. As long as they are on the suggested acupuncture points, you'll get the same result. They even work through clothing.

Q: Can I wear more than one set of patches at a time?
A: Depends on what patch you're talking about. You may wear the skin care patch at the same time as the energy enhancer patch or IceWave, the pain relief patch. But don't wear the skin care patch while wearing Rest Quiet, the sleep patch. And don't wear the skin care patch while sleeping, as it promotes detoxifying. You want to do that while awake.

Q: When will they start working on me?
A: In the case of the energy enhancer patches or IceWave, the pain relief patch, the results can be immediate for some people. For others, a bit longer. Rest Quiet, the sleep patch, worked for me on the 4th try. And it took 2 weeks for my warts to disappear using the skin care patch. Each one of us is unique. Play with them and see what works for you.
Q: Any more recommendations?
